At Lottie's Microbakery, I am passionate about sharing the flavors of German bread with the Albuquerque community. Coming to the US from Germany as a Student Athlete for UNM, I kept missing the German Bread culture and decided to learn how to make it myself. As a German, I believe I have the perfect background and knowledge of what bread should taste like.
